亲爱的外国职工：

根据江苏省教育厅2月6日的指示，江苏所有高校返校时间延期，不得早于2月29日开学。各校具体开学日期将由教育厅根据新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发展情况确定，请公司职工在自己的国家耐心等待新的返校时间。

对于已经订购了2月29日及以前机票的职工，可以先行退票（目前开学日期未定，因而不好改签）。此前中国民航局已经规定，对于2020年1月24日前订购的机票退票，各大航空公司不收取费用。

在开学日期确定后，职工可根据自身情况订购机票。因疫情发展或航班取消等原因的返校延迟学校是准许的。但员工不得早于规定的开学日返校。

目前中国国内口罩供应十分紧张。请职工在返回中国前在本国准备充足数量的口罩。

Dear foreign students,

According to the order from Jiangsu Education Department on February 6, 2020, all universities in Jiangsu can not begin the Spring Semester before February 29. The beginning day of every university will be determined by Jiangsu Education Department according to the development of the current situation. Please wait. All of us are waiting too.

Students who have booked tickets on February 29 and before can cancel their flights. Since the date of the beginning day has not been decided, it is hard to change the date of the ticket that you have booked. According to the order from Civil Aviation Administration of China, if your cancel the ticket that you have bought before January 24, 2000, you can get all your ticket money back.

You can book a ticket after the beginning day is determined. If you come back later than the beginning day due to a flight ban to China by your country, or due to other considerations, it is quite understandable and allowed. But don’t come back earlier than the beginning day.

Currently, the demand for face masks far exceeds the supply of them in China. So please buy as many masks as possible in your country when you come back.
